We would suggest that you allow one hour setting up before your event, and one hour for clearing away/cleaning at the end of your event. When completing your booking form, please ensure this time is included.
If you wish to hire the bar, provided by Theale Club, then your Bar Hire form and payment must be returned with your Village Hall booking form. The bar is charged at £50 (non-members) or £40 (members of Theale Club).
Private hire charges are as follows (as of 1st September 2018):
|Daytime until 6 pm||£17.00 per hour|
|Evening from 6pm until midnight||£22.00 per hour|
|Regular hire (for local groups and organisations)||£11.00 per hour|
|Business Hire||£22.00 per hour|
Please note that there is a minimum hire charge of £25.50 (until 6pm) and £33.00 (after 6pm).
A deposit is required with your completed booking form. Details as follows (as of 1st September 2018):

|Any other Parties, Celebrations and Christenings||£100.00 deposit*|
*This will only be refunded if the hall is left in accordance with all terms & conditions (a copy of which will be provided to you when booking).
